If you try to access Member Service and find that you can no longer remember the password which was created for you, then resetting the password is simple and can be done by following this guide.
Firstlly, navigate to the Member Services page. The menu down the left hand side will show the login box and also a link for you to click which says 'Forgot your password?'
When this is clicked the page will change to reflect the image below. Just follow the instruction and enter your e-mail address and click submit. If you receive an error at this stage, it is likely that you have changed your e-mail address since your account was created.
An email will be sent to your inbox entitled
Within the e-mail you will see you have been issued with a 32 character code containing letters and numbers. The Lodge web page will have changed to allow you to enter your Username and Token and once again press the Submit button.
The Lodge web page will change once again to allow you to enter your NEW password. It will request the same password to be entered twice as a way of making sure you haven't mis-typed your new password.
The Lodge web page will now change to inform you that the password has been reset and that you can now login using your username and password.
If you have forgotten your Username, then click on Forgotten username and a similar series of actions will take place to guide you through resetting your Username.
